Which interior design trends do you see being prominent in 2024?

In 2024, I anticipate a resurgence of incorporating more colour into interiors, favouring a subtle approach with softer tones and textured elements like tiles and stone. It will be all about combining these shades and tones to create sophisticated, layered interiors.

What eco-friendly building materials and practices do you predict will be popular in 2024?

With the move away from engineered stones after the nationwide ban, I predict there will be a movement towards porcelain benchtops due to their exceptional durability. Brands such as Cosentino, who contributed to Haven are leading this shift by offering carbon-neutral products.

What does the modern-day family need in a luxury home in 2024?

The key priority for many families has remained consistent over the years; a functional and well-designed kitchen. For busy families, the kitchen acts as the heart of the home and a space of connection and activity. It is always the main area the family congregates in and spends a large amount of time in. When designing kitchens for our clients, we ensure that clients understand there is ample opportunity to customise each kitchen space to suit their family's needs. We also always ensure we focus on high-quality appliances and plenty of storage.
